Information Regarding Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

  • you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do so via email: support@voguelyn.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have either:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
